Provide skilled one-on-one in-home nursing for medically complex children and adults — trach, vent, GI, and cardiac care.
What you'll do
- Deliver skilled nursing care in the patient's home per the plan of care
- Manage tracheostomy, ventilator, IV, GI, and respiratory needs
- Document care and communicate with physicians and family
- Mentor and support LPNs on shared cases
What we're looking for
- Current Michigan RN license
- One year of nursing experience preferred (new grads considered)
- High-acuity or pediatric experience a plus — training provided
