Salary model
- $80,000–$90,000 based on experience
- 25 billable hours per week
- Monthly productivity bonus opportunities

Hourly model
- $77–$86 per billable hour
- Greater scheduling flexibility + higher earning potential
- Clinicians are primarily in-center when billing
- Non-billable time is not paid
- Designed for clinicians who want more flexibility around their schedule
What you'll do
- Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Supervise, mentor, and model clinical skills for Behavior Technicians and RBTs
- Provide parent and caregiver training
- Monitor progress data and update programming based on client needs
- Complete clinical documentation and assessments
- Collaborate with families, technicians, schools, and other members of the care team
What we're looking for
- Active BCBA certification in good standing
- Michigan Behavior Analyst license, or ability to obtain
- Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, special education, or a related field
- Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills
- Commitment to individualized, compassionate care
How we approach ABA
Individualized care, not one-size-fits-all ABA
Our clinical approach is based on the needs of each client. We prioritize assent-based and natural-environment teaching when appropriate, while incorporating more structured teaching strategies when they support the individual learner. Our centers are child-based rather than built around rigid block scheduling.

Clinical support & development
Each center has operational support through an Operations Manager and Assistant Operations Manager. Clinically, BCBAs have access to Regional Clinical Directors, a Director of Clinical Services, and collaboration with clinicians across Mercy Plus locations.
CEUs & development
- $200 annual CEU stipend
- Twice-yearly clinical in-service days
- Approximately 4–5 hours of CEUs available during in-service
- Opportunities for BCBAs to present on topics they’re passionate about
